RVCSS Coaching focuses on guiding you to be more aware and to have more control and freedom over your behaviour by developing habits that help you care for yourself and enhance your wellbeing.

The RVCSS Program will

  • Help you recognise the mental and emotional hurdles preventing you from developing well-being. 

  • Assist you in integrating movement, good nutrition and habits that enhance and create vitality.

  • Teach you to build a stronger connection with your body.

 Sports, nutrition and behaviour change science, life and health coaching skills, and most importantly, the trainee’s past and present situation, are the base of the RVCSS Coaching. 

What I Specialize In

SPORTS SCIENCE

Learn how to train on your own and build consistency with your training with a specialized program based on movement science. 

 HABIT TRAINING

Learn how to form habits to develop a sustainable wellbeing in your life based on behaviour change science. 

NUTRITION SCIENCE

Learn how to form adequate food habits in your lifestyle and eat healthy based on nutrition science. 

Who is Cecilia?

Sports Scientist and Health Behaviour Change Coach

Hi there! My name is Cecilia. I am a Guatemalan - German sports scientist and behaviour change coach who lives in the Netherlands. I share a passion for sports science, nutrition and behaviour change.

My vocation in sports, in particular, linking physical and mental health, allows me to enrich and deepen the quality of my life and others. 
​
How do I do that? I live by my values towards my health and share them by helping and guiding people to improve their well-being.
